1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "hh77", "we", "us", "our" refers to the hh77 platform and its operating entity, accessible at hh77.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the hh77 platform.
• "Platform" means the hh77 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including casino games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, and cashier functions.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your Account, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spin winnings, or other incentive funds held separately from your real-money Balance, subject to wagering requirements.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money stake placed on any game or sporting event available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

References to clauses are references to clauses of these Terms & Conditions. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

hh77 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service offered on the Platform. hh77 strictly enforces this policy and may request identity documentation — including a national ID card, passport, or birth certificate — to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hh77 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hh77 may close all associated accounts, void any pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.4 Verification (KYC)

hh77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. We may request supporting documentation at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or closure.

3.5 Jurisdiction

The Platform is operated for and directed to players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. hh77 makes no representation that the Platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

4 Account Management and Security

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. hh77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hh77 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email. hh77 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation. Bets placed through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access remain your financial responsibility.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hh77 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee not exceeding ৳200 per month to inactive accounts after the initial twelve-month period. Players will be notified in advance of any inactivity fees being applied. The remaining balance, if any, will remain accessible upon reactivation of the Account.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional terms.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hh77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. hh77 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, you should contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification review. Once approved, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank cards may take up to 3 business days. hh77 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible.

5.5 Own Funds Declaration

By depositing funds on the Platform, you confirm that the funds are legally yours, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not being deposited on behalf of any third party. hh77 cooperates with applicable anti-money laundering frameworks and reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

5.6 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and fees on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). hh77 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required on the player's side (e.g., from an international payment card) is the player's responsibility, and any associated conversion fees are borne by the player.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

hh77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless stated otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are listed in the relevant bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

Bonuses and free spins are valid for a specified period from the date of issue, as stated in the relevant promotion. Any bonus or associated winnings not used or withdrawn within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

hh77 reserves the right to void bonuses, free spin winnings, and associated real-money balances if, in our reasonable assessment, a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; systematically exploiting low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements; or colluding with other players to meet bonus conditions. Players found to be abusing bonus offers may be permanently excluded from future promotions.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant help section. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. hh77 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the rules of a game.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by hh77. hh77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed stated limits or appear to be placed in bad faith. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your balance.

7.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, hh77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the wager amount to the player's balance. Winnings generated through a manifest error in odds, pricing, or game logic are void and will not be paid out. hh77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve such errors promptly.

7.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC events, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by additional sportsbook rules available in the Sports section of the Platform. In-play (live) bets, once accepted and confirmed, are binding. Cash-out options, where available, are subject to current market conditions and availability at the time of the cash-out request.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

hh77 reserves the right to apply maximum single-event payout limits. These limits are displayed in the relevant sections of the Platform. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, hh77 will pay out to the stated maximum and the excess amount will be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hh77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud or money laundering.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by hh77.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game for financial gain.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements dishonestly.
• Attempting to hack, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's systems or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from hh77.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider trading in connection with any sporting event offered on the Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the proprietary property of hh77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of hh77.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their proprietary terms.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

hh77 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is available at hh77.io/privacy-policy.

By creating an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

hh77 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

• Any third-party content, services, or websites linked from or to the Platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

hh77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

13 Suspension and Termination

13.1 Suspension by hh77

hh77 reserves the right to suspend your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete verification requirements; or regulatory or compliance obligations. During a suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals.

13.2 Termination by hh77

hh77 may permanently close your Account if you are found to be in material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach, any balance held in the Account — including both real-money and bonus balances — may be forfeited. hh77 will notify you of any permanent closure by email to your registered address.

13.3 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance that is not subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.

14 Amendments to These Terms

hh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, hh77 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date on which the current version of the Terms & Conditions became effective is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use after that date will be taken as acceptance.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the hh77 Platform. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the dispute resolution process set out below.

15.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact hh77 support directly to seek an informal resolution. The majority of account and transaction queries are resolved within 24 hours through our live chat or email support channels.

15.3 Formal Complaints

15.4 Dispute Over Game Outcomes
